Everything here is stock from our Erosstore, synced from the till through the day — so the prices and availability you see are the store’s own. Add what you want to your basket and check out. You’ll sign in or create an account first; that’s how we reach you about your order.
Delivery or collection — you choose at checkout
- Delivery around Windhoek. The delivery fee depends on your suburb, which you choose at checkout, and is shown to you before you place the order. Delivery is free on orders over NAD 750.00, whatever your suburb.
- Collection from the Eroscounter. We’ll let you know when it’s ready.
How you pay
No card details are ever taken on this site.
- Delivery is paid by EFT, before it goes out.Once we’ve accepted your order we email you our banking details and the total, with your order number as the payment reference. Your order is sent as soon as the payment reflects.
- Collection is paid at the counter— card or cash — when you pick up.
What happens after you order
- You place the order.We hold the stock for you straight away and email to say we’ve received it. Nothing is charged yet.
- We confirm the stock. A staff member checks the bottles are actually on the shelf and accepts your order. For a delivery order, this is when the banking details are emailed to you.
- It goes out. A delivery is dispatched once your EFT reflects; a collection is ready to fetch from the counter. We email you at each step.
Cutoff and timing
Orders are delivered once we've confirmed stock and accepted your order. Orders placed after 16:00 are delivered the next working day.
Your ID at handover
We sell alcohol to people aged 18 and over only. Please have your ID ready — the driver checks it on delivery, and staff check it at the counter on collection, whichever way you paid.
